LaunchSaaS (launchsaas.dev) is a product of Andria Labs LLC and is not affiliated with launchsaas.org or launchsaas.fr.

LaunchSaaS (launchsaas.dev) is operated by Andria Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us"). The terms, privacy policy and license below are between you and Andria Labs LLC.

Terms of Service

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the LaunchSaaS Production Boilerplate code in unlimited personal and commercial projects.

2. Permitted Uses

Use the code in unlimited projects (personal or commercial)
Modify and adapt the code for your needs
Use in client projects and charge for your services
Create derivative works based on the code

3. Restrictions

You may NOT resell, redistribute, or share the boilerplate code itself
You may NOT create competing boilerplate products using this code
You may NOT share your license with other developers
Each developer on your team needs their own license

4. Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, contact us at support@launchsaas.dev for a full refund. No questions asked.

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA or UK, you have a legal right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days. Our 30-day money-back guarantee covers that right and goes further: email support@launchsaas.dev within 30 days of purchase and we refund you in full.

4a. Referral Program

Customers can share a personal referral link from their dashboard. The program works as follows:

Your friend gets 20% off the purchase price when they buy through your link. The discount is shown on the Stripe checkout page.
You get back 20% of the amount you paid for each friend who buys through your link, for up to 4 friends (at most 80% of your purchase price in total). The rebate is paid as a partial refund to the payment method you bought with. It is not paid in cash or to any other account.
A rebate becomes due 31 days after your friend's purchase, once their refund window has closed, and is issued within the following day or two; your bank may take another 5 to 10 business days to show it. If your friend is refunded before then, no rebate is due. If you are refunded, no further rebates are due.
Purchases with your own email or payment card, and purchases by someone who was already a customer, do not earn a rebate.
When you share your link, make clear that you get a rebate if someone buys through it (for example "my referral link"), as advertising rules in many countries require.
Do not post your link where the rules forbid it, use it in paid advertising, or bid on the LaunchSaaS name. We may disable a link that is used against these terms or for fraud, and withhold rebates earned that way.
Your friend never learns your email from the link, and you never learn who bought: your dashboard shows only a status and dates for each referral.
We may change or end the program at any time. Rebates already due for purchases made before a change are still paid under the terms in force when the purchase was made.

5. Updates

Lifetime updates are included with your purchase. You'll receive access to all future improvements and additions at no extra cost.

6. Support

We provide best-effort support via email but do not guarantee response times or solutions to custom implementation issues.

7. No Warranty

The code is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this boilerplate.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Changes apply to purchases made after the change; your purchase stays under the terms in force when you bought. We will update the date at the top of this page whenever the terms change.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be heard by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming. If you are a consumer living in the EU, EEA or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts there.

Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you purchase:

Email address (for your dashboard sign-in and receipts)
Your GitHub username, entered at checkout, so we can grant you access to the repository
Payment information (processed by Stripe, not stored by us)
Name and billing address (as required by payment processor)

When you request a free resource (e.g., the Production SaaS Checklist):

Email address, stored so we can send you occasional product updates. The checklist itself is public; your email is not needed to read it. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing support@launchsaas.dev

When you start a checkout or request a free resource (attribution):

The page you were on (its path, plus any utm_, ref, via or source campaign parameter; every other part of the address is discarded), the referring page, and your DataFast visitor and session identifiers
For a purchase these, including both DataFast identifiers, are stored with your checkout session at Stripe; for a free resource, the page, referrer and DataFast visitor identifier are stored with your email in our database. We use them only to learn which pages lead to sales and signups

When you share or use a referral link (see Terms, section 4a):

Your referral code, a random 8-character code linked to your customer record
For each purchase made through your link: which of your referrals it was, its status, the date the rebate becomes due, and the rebate amount and Stripe refund reference once paid. No name or email of the friend is stored with it or shown to you
If you buy through a friend's link, the code is stored with your checkout session at Stripe and your order is linked to that referral
Before a rebate is paid, we compare the card fingerprint Stripe holds for the referrer's payment with the one for the friend's payment (a token that identifies a card without revealing its number), to stop people referring themselves. Only the result is kept, as the referral's status

When you sign in or request a free resource (abuse prevention):

Your IP address, recorded against each magic-link request and each checklist signup so we can rate-limit them
For magic-link requests only: the email address used and whether the request succeeded
These rate-limit records become eligible for deletion once they are older than about 30 minutes and are purged automatically during later requests to the same endpoint, so during a quiet period they can persist longer. The magic-link records are also deleted outright when you request account deletion
Our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs of requests to our API, which can include your IP address. Our own log lines identify orders and accounts by internal ids rather than by email address or GitHub username. We use the logs to troubleshoot and as an abuse audit trail

When you visit our website:

Analytics data (page views, referrer, device type) via DataFast Analytics, on almost every page of this site
Google Analytics 4, on the home page only, and only if you accept analytics cookies
DataFast loads automatically and sets two first-party cookies, datafast_visitor_id and datafast_session_id, holding random identifiers (see section 5). Google Analytics does not load at all until you click Accept on the cookie banner
We do not send your name or email to either analytics provider, but both receive your IP address. Google Analytics, once you accept, sets its own first-party cookies

2. How We Use Your Information

Give you access to the boilerplate: a GitHub repository invitation (read access) to the GitHub username you provide at checkout, plus magic-link sign-in to your dashboard at the email you paid with
Send updates and improvements (you can unsubscribe anytime)
Process refunds if requested
Prevent fraud and abuse (this is what the IP records above are for)
Improve our product based on aggregate usage patterns

3. Data Controller Information

3a. Legal Bases for Processing

Contract: your purchase, repository access, dashboard sign-in, receipts and refunds, and the referral program (your link, your friend's discount and your rebates)
Legitimate interests: rate-limiting and abuse prevention, self-referral checks in the referral program, operational alerts, security, attribution of sales and signups to pages, and privacy-friendly analytics (DataFast)
Consent: Google Analytics, and product update emails to checklist subscribers. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing
Legal obligation: keeping purchase records for tax purposes

3b. International Transfers

The processors in section 4 are based in, or process data in, the United States. Where personal data from the EU, EEA or UK is transferred there, the transfer relies on the provider's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (and its UK extension) where it has one, or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses included in the provider's data processing terms.

4. Third-Party Data Processors

We share your personal information with the following service providers who process data on our behalf:

Stripe, Inc. - Payment processing, and the store of the GitHub username you enter at checkout - Privacy Policy
Vercel, Inc. - Website and API hosting - Privacy Policy
Supabase, Inc. - Database (your customer, order, referral, lead and rate-limit records) and the authentication service that sends your magic-link emails - Privacy Policy
GitHub, Inc. - Receives the GitHub username you provide at checkout, in order to grant you read access to the boilerplate repository - Privacy Policy
DataFast Analytics - Website analytics - Privacy Policy
Google LLC - Google Analytics 4 (home page only) and Google Fonts, which most of our pages load from Google's servers. Both receive your IP address - Privacy Policy
jsDelivr - the public CDN serving the Supabase JavaScript library to the customer dashboard, which receives your IP address when you sign in - Privacy Policy
Slack Technologies - Receives an internal operational alert containing your email address (and, if a GitHub invite fails, the GitHub username you entered) when a payment fails or when a purchase cannot be provisioned or matched to an order, so a human can follow up. An account deletion request also sends an alert, which carries only your internal account ID, not your email - Privacy Policy

5. Cookies and Tracking

The home page shows a cookie banner. Google Analytics is not loaded until you click Accept. If you click Decline, or ignore the banner, it never loads. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link in the home page footer; withdrawing consent deletes the Google Analytics cookies from your browser. DataFast loads on almost every page without asking, and sets the two cookies listed below.

What is stored in your browser:

theme - in localStorage, remembering whether you chose light or dark mode. Set only when you use the theme toggle, and never sent to us
cookie_consent - in localStorage, remembering whether you accepted or declined analytics cookies, so we do not ask again on every visit. Never sent to us
sb-...-auth-token - in localStorage on the customer dashboard only, holding your sign-in session so you stay signed in. Removed when you sign out. Strictly necessary for the dashboard
ls_purchase_tracked - in localStorage on the post-purchase page only, a list of the Stripe checkout session ids already counted by our analytics, so one purchase is not counted twice. Never sent to us
ls_ref - a first-party cookie set only when you arrive through a referral link, holding that link's code for 30 days so the discount still applies if you buy later. It holds nothing else. Like any cookie on this site your browser includes it with requests to launchsaas.dev, but nothing on our side reads it except the checkout button, which sends the code to us when you start a checkout. Strictly necessary to give you the discount you followed the link for
datafast_visitor_id and datafast_session_id - first-party cookies set by DataFast with random identifiers, so visits can be counted without knowing who you are. The visitor cookie lasts about a year and the session cookie about 30 minutes. They are read again when you start a checkout or request a free resource (see section 1). You can block or delete them in your browser settings without affecting the site
Only if you accept: Google Analytics sets its own first-party cookies (_ga and related) to count returning visitors

We set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies of our own. Any cookie set by a third-party script is governed by that provider's policy, linked in section 4.

6. Data Sharing

We do NOT sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the processors listed in section 4, each for the single purpose named there, and:

When required by law or to protect our legal rights

7. Data Retention

Purchase records: Kept for 7 years (tax compliance), anonymized on deletion request
Email address: Until you unsubscribe or request deletion
Rate-limit records (IP addresses, and the email on magic-link attempts): eligible for deletion once older than about 30 minutes and purged during later requests to the same endpoint, so they can persist longer during a quiet period
Referral records: kept with the purchase records they belong to (7 years). On a deletion request your referral link is disabled, and the records, which hold no name or email, are kept for accounting
Attribution data: with the checkout record at Stripe, or with your checklist email until you request deletion
Server logs: kept by our hosting provider for a short period under its own retention limits, then deleted
Analytics: Aggregated, retained indefinitely, and held by the analytics providers under their own retention policies
GitHub repository access: your GitHub username is not stored in our database, but it is retained by Stripe as part of your checkout record, and appears in an operational alert only if the repository invite fails. Access is tied to your GitHub account and is not automatically revoked on account deletion - email support to have it removed

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

You have the right to:

Access your personal data
Request correction of inaccurate data
Request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements)
Unsubscribe from marketing emails
Export your data
Object to processing in certain circumstances
Restrict processing of your data
Data portability (receive your data in machine-readable format)
Lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live or work

9. How to Exercise Your Rights

If you have purchased, the fastest route is self-serve and immediate. Sign in to your dashboard with a magic link, where you will find:

Download my data - exports everything our database holds about you as a JSON file, straight away. Records held by our processors (such as your checkout at Stripe) and server logs are available on request by email
Delete my account - closes your account and anonymizes your records, straight away

Otherwise, or for anything those two buttons do not cover, contact us at support@launchsaas.dev with:

Your full name and email address associated with your purchase
Specific right you wish to exercise
Any additional details needed to process your request

Response time: We will respond within 30 days.

10. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

11. Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email.

License Agreement

1. Definitions

Licensed Code: The LaunchSaaS Production Boilerplate source code, documentation, and related materials
Licensee: You, the individual or entity that purchased the license
End Product: A software application or website built using the Licensed Code

2. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this agreement, we grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

Use the Licensed Code to create unlimited End Products
Modify the Licensed Code as needed for your End Products
Distribute the Licensed Code as part of your End Products

3. Single Developer License

This license is for a single developer. If multiple developers on your team will work with the Licensed Code, each developer needs their own license: buy one per developer (one checkout each, each with that developer's GitHub username), or email support@launchsaas.dev for a team purchase.

4. Restrictions

You may NOT:

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Licensed Code as a standalone product
Share your repository access or dashboard sign-in with others
Use the Licensed Code to create competing boilerplate products
Remove or modify any license headers or copyright notices

5. Attribution

No attribution required. You may remove all references to LaunchSaaS from your End Products.

6. Updates and Support

Lifetime access to all updates and improvements
Email support (best-effort)
No guaranteed response time or dedicated support

7. Refunds

30-day money-back guarantee. After a refund is processed, you must stop using the Licensed Code and delete all copies.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

THE LICENSED CODE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE LICENSED CODE.

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights terminate automatically if you breach this agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete all copies of the Licensed Code.
